In this book of memories, Zahra El Basri Naqrachi involves us in a cordial world with the perfume of childhood. Sometimes to describe us codified and hierarchical community of a patriarchal family in the middle of the XXe century. Grandmothers, aunts, hobby-horses, cousins, uncles, brothers and sisters live together in a shared affection. Sometimes to carry us in the ritual ones, ceremonies and celebrations caused by many festivals. Marriages, birth, circumcision, Achoura, Aïd el Kébir, will ziara with the seven saints... are thus celebrated in an environment of user-friendliness and softness of living moving.
Zahra El Basri Naqrachi was born in a douar from the tribe from Rhamma, with sixty kilometers of Marrakech. His/her father, former sheik, settled in this city in the years 1940. The author made primary studies, but had to leave the school to marry, at fifteen years.
